- After placing the order, please provide the order number to your sales representative/consultant.

Validity: All services must be used within 90 days from the subscription date. Any unused services after this period will automatically expire and are non-refundable.
『 Searching Bar 』: MySite internal search functionality (Service period: 3 months).
『 Template Switch 』: rezio MySite page layout switching (Service valid until the original contract expiration date).
Product Listing Language: Merchants may choose either Chinese or English for the listing service. This does not include translation services for the original source materials.
Liability & Delays: rezio shall not be held responsible for any refunds resulting from customer complaints caused by the merchant's delay in providing necessary information or documents. (Merchants may repurchase the same plan to complete the service.)
Submission of Materials: rezio shall not be held responsible for any refunds if the Product Listing Service cannot be completed due to the merchant's delay in providing the required source materials. (Merchants may repurchase the same plan to complete the service.)
