How to Use
- Please provide the booking number to your consultant
Purchase Notice
Service Period
- The maximum service term for each package is 3 Months.
- Valid for 90 days from purchase; unused items will expire automatically and are non-refundable.
- Merchants can repurchase the same package after 3 Months of service is terminated.
- If the requested services are unable to complete due to the merchant's delay in providing necessary documents, rezio is not responsible for the final result. (The merchant can request to repurchase the same package to complete the service.)
Important Booking Information
- The Merchant shall provide necessary product information to rezio team in order to set up products on rezio.
- Service includes publishing the products to rezio mysite.
If the merchant did not provide necessary information later on cause customer complaint, rezio is not responsible for any type of refund.
Although we can make minor adjustments to each product's content for you, if you need to replace the listed product with another one after submitting the information and confirming it with our consultant, you will need to place a new order.
After purchase, we will provide you with the information required to fill out the product details. Depending on the number of products, we will complete the listing within 3 to 10 business days after receiving your information. However, if the number of products exceeds 15, additional time may be required. Thank you for your understanding.
